The UAE joins the International Tactical Shooting Federation

The UAE, represented by the UAE Shooting Federation, has officially joined the International Tactical Shooting Federation.IPSC“, with the aim of expanding the base of practitioners, and achieving a qualitative shift in the game within the country.

Mohammed Suhail Al Neyadi, President of the Emirates Shooting Federation, confirmed that this step is not just an ordinary membership, but rather a new beginning towards broader professionalism, adding to the country’s record of sporting achievements, and a practical translation of the leadership’s vision of supporting sports that combine skill, focus and discipline.

He added that the step is in line with the Federation’s strategic plan to develop this sport locally, and to create generations of male and female shooters to raise the UAE flag in foreign forums.

He explained that the federation seeks, through this membership, to increase the number of shooters at unprecedented rates, and to organize major local and international tournaments that attract world champions, to consolidate the UAE’s position as a leading destination in tactical shooting. He described the step as a new station whose title is the UAE, the first tactical shooting arena, and a strong launch to global prominence, thanks to the country’s advanced infrastructure and promising generations, with the support of wise leadership.

He called on shooting clubs to work on providing special fields for the game, in accordance with international standards, and to encourage shooters to practice it, through talent discovery programs and competitive incentives, especially since shooting is a way of life and a means of refining personality and achieving national achievements.
