Al-Sanani’s departure and Bouftini’s suspension is an administrative decision… and the club’s most important slogan

Al-Wasl coach, Portuguese Rui Vitoria, confirmed that the decision to leave goalkeeper Khaled Al-Sanani and suspend defender Sofiane Bouftini is up to the management, noting that the club and its logo are always the most important.
Vitoria told Emirates Today: “What matters to me are the players currently present. The goalkeeper who participated in the Ajman match, Suhail Abdullah, played a good match, as well as the players who played their first match, their performance was positive.”
He explained: “In the end, these are management decisions. It is not the coach that is most important, nor the player, but rather the club, its logo and its culture. This is what we must preserve.”
Vitoria confirmed that the team is heading to an important match in another tournament, and the players, the technical staff, the management, and also the fans know how difficult it is.
Roy Vitoria touched on the great victory that his team achieved from Ajman Stadium 3-1 in the 22nd round of the professional league, saying: “My team played a very special match, and I greatly appreciate what the players did. We did what we needed in this match, which is to be fighters on the field first, and then play when we have the opportunity. This is the basis.”
Regarding the struggle to compete for third place after Al Jazira expanded the gap between it and Al Wasl to four points, Vitoria said: “I do not want to think about competitors before we solve our problems and develop ourselves. This is the basic idea that I want to convey. We cannot achieve our goals if we are not disciplined with ourselves first. The fighting spirit, courage, and ambition that we put on the field are the most important, and after that we can think about any competitor. We have matches against teams that compete with us, but the most important thing today is not the competitors, but rather our method on the field is the basis.”
