33% growth in business "DXB Live" During 2025

DUBAI, April 20 / WAM / DXB Live, the arm providing integrated event organization and management services at the Dubai World Trade Centre, achieved a 33% growth in its business volume during the year 2025, as it organised, managed and provided its services to 442 events that varied between 84 exhibitions and 16 conferences, 26 entertainment, sports and music events, 3 fashion shows, 6 corporate parties and 13 graduation ceremonies, in addition to 186 external events. It was organized in various parts of the Emirates.

In terms of specialized exhibitions, the company continued to organize a number of prominent international events, including the World of Coffee Exhibition, whose fourth session attracted about 17,000 specialized visitors from 78 countries, and witnessed a 4-fold increase in size in four years, as the 2025 session was held on an area of ​​20,000 square meters, an increase of 30% over the previous session.

The company’s activities expanded outside the UAE to the Kingdom of Bahrain by organizing the Bahrain Coffee Festival in cooperation with the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, where its first session attracted more than 10,000 visitors.

In the field of conferences, DXB Live organized 16 international conferences, the most notable of which are the General Conference of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), which includes more than 50,000 members in 137 countries, and the United Nations Universal Postal Union (UPU) Conference, which includes 192 countries.

The Global Police Summit, which was organized by the company in cooperation with Dubai Police, witnessed the attendance of 922 police leaders, specialists and diplomats, and attracted 53,922 visitors from more than 110 countries, an increase of more than 300% compared to the previous session. It also organized the MEIDAM International Conference on Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine in Dubai, where the first edition of the conference was launched in Morocco, in addition to a group of scientific, health and commercial events.

In the field of designing and constructing exhibition platforms, DXB Live implemented 286 exhibition platforms for companies and government agencies on an area of ​​450,000 square feet inside and outside the UAE, including 44 platforms in 13 international cities, including Australia, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, Italy, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

The company also organized a group of cultural and community events, including the Hatta Cultural Nights for the benefit of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, and the Hatta Bring Us Event in cooperation with the Community Development Authority and “Brand Dubai.”

Khaled Al Hammadi, Executive Vice President of DXB Live, said that the strong performance achieved by DXB Live during 2025 confirms the growing role it plays in supporting the exhibitions and events industry in Dubai and the region, by providing integrated solutions that combine operational experience and innovation in the design and implementation of events, and this achievement reflects the increasing confidence in its services from organizers of exhibitions, conferences and major events inside and outside the country.

The year 2025 witnessed DXB Live providing integrated event services to a number of major international exhibitions and conferences, including GITEX Global, GITEX Africa, GITEX Berlin, Gulfood, Beautyworld, Auto Mechanica, the Saudi Food Exhibition, the Arabian Travel Market and other international events.

The “Global Encounters” festival was also organized in the Dubai World Trade Center, on an area of 120,000 square meters, and witnessed the attendance of more than 100,000 visitors from 85 countries over the course of 9 days, where 4,000 artists and athletes and 3,500 volunteers gathered in 9 areas full of artistic and sports performances and cultural exhibitions, amidst equipment that included 15 theaters and 1,500 square meters of LED screens, which contributed to consolidating the status of Dubai is the capital of global events, with the festival announced to return again in 2028.

It won three awards at the Middle East Events Awards 2025, which are the best community event for the “Hatta Cultural Nights”, the best design and construction of a pavilion of less than 100 square meters for the “Fujifilm” pavilion at the Medlab exhibition, and the best event on a limited budget for organizing the Dubai Coffee Festival, which attracted more than 20,000 visitors.
