Al-Ahly of Egypt announces the injury of its star and his absence from the Pyramids match

Al-Ahly Club announced that its Moroccan player Youssef Belamri, the left back of the first football team, has been injured and will miss the match against Pyramids scheduled for next Monday in the fourth round of the Egyptian League competition.

Ahmed Jaballah, the team doctor, said in statements to his club’s media center, today, Tuesday, that the x-rays performed by Belamri confirmed that he had a first-degree tear in the origin of the left connective muscle.

He added that Belamri will undergo physical therapy and a rehabilitation program during the coming period to prepare him to return to participating with the team.

Youssef Belamri missed the friendly match between Al-Ahly and Zad, which was held yesterday, Monday, at Mokhtar Al-Touch Stadium, due to injury, and the player underwent the necessary medical examinations under the supervision of the club’s medical staff.
