Sharjah consultant approves his recommendations to the Suburbs Affairs Department

SHARJAH, 3rd May / WAM / The Advisory Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, in its 15th session of the third regular session of the eleventh legislative term, approved its recommendations regarding the policy of the Suburbs Affairs Department, calling for strengthening the vital roles played by the Department in a way that contributes to developing the community work system and achieving integration among the concerned authorities.
During the session chaired by Rashid Abdullah bin Huwaiden, Vice Chairman of the Advisory Council, the Council discussed the recommendations received from the committee preparing the draft recommendations on the policy of the Suburbs Affairs Department, which were read by Dr. Sultan Khamis Al Zaabi, the committee’s rapporteur, in which he reviewed a summary of what took place in the general session that was devoted to discussing the department’s policy and the axes it included that support its work system and enhance its aspirations towards achieving the desired development goals.
At the conclusion of the session, the Council approved the request of the Public Utilities Affairs Committee to refer the articles of the draft law regulating the correctional institution in the Emirate of Sharjah to the Legislative and Legal Affairs Committee, and announced that its next session will discuss a draft law on regulating the use of drones in the emirate.
