The introductory meeting witnessed the presence of an elite group of judicial and administrative leaders, as part of the institution’s serious efforts to keep pace with the rapid transformations and overcome operational challenges.
Development and raising levels of readiness
This strategic step aims to raise Readiness levels among the technical and organizational departments, in preparation for the actual move towards an advanced stage in improving procedures.
The attendees discussed the implementation stages and the approved implementation map, in addition to reviewing the operational aspects to ensure the efficiency of implementation according to the latest administrative methods.
The meeting included an interactive session to receive comments from the relevant leaders and departments, in a way that enhances the integration of implementation and ensures its effectiveness on the ground.
