Dibba Municipality organizes an awareness and health initiative for workers
Fujairah, May 13 / WAM / The Dibba Municipality organized a health awareness initiative targeting workers in the city of Dibba, which included conducting comprehensive medical examinations for the workers.
It also included sports and educational activities under the supervision of the UAE Sports for All Federation, whose aim was to encourage workers to adopt a healthy lifestyle and practice physical activity to prevent chronic diseases.
The municipality confirmed that the initiative comes within the framework of its keenness to participate in activities related to the labor category, as they are an essential partner in the development process. The initiative witnessed a wide turnout from workers, who expressed their appreciation to the organizing bodies for taking care of their health and providing examinations and awareness services. The event was organized in cooperation with the representative office of the Ministry of Health and Community Protection – Fujairah Branch, the Ministry of Sports, Noor Dubai and the Emirates Sports for All Federation.
