Abdul Rahman Abu Malih announces his resignation from Eight and denies the differences

Saudi journalist Abdul Rahman Abu Malih, founder of Eighth Company, announced his resignation from the position of CEO of the company.
In a blog post on the “X” platform, Abu Maleh denied the validity of what was circulated about the existence of disagreements between him and the leadership of the Saudi Research and Media Group, which owns about 75% of the company, stressing that he remains a partner in the group with 25%.
He said in his tweet: “I am confident that the future of Eight is promising with its creative team, with the support of the group, and with the same plans that we have drawn up to create Saudi Arab content similar to ours.”
He added: “I remain available as a partner who owns 25%, and to hand over leadership during the next two months and even after that for any consultation or support required, I am leaving Eight as CEO…but she will never leave me.”
