In addition to the support services, work environment, and facilities that support the work of the Board of Grievances courts, which contributes to raising the efficiency of performance and improving the quality of services provided to the beneficiaries.
The visit included his meeting with a number of beneficiaries who submitted meeting requests through the digital service designated for that purpose in the Board of Grievances digital portal, and he listened to their comments and requirements, He directed that it be dealt with in accordance with the regulatory procedures. In order to enhance the efficiency of the response and raise the level of quality of services.
Work flow in the departments
Dr. met. Al-Uhaidib met with the court’s judges, listened to their views and the challenges of judicial work, and during his tour he was briefed on the progress of work in the supporting departments and offices.
He also met with a number of court employees, and appreciated their efforts in supporting judicial work and raising the efficiency of performance.
