The French national team announces its final roster for the 2026 World Cup

France national team coach Didier Deschamps announced the final roster of his team participating in the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Deschamps chose the final list of 26 players, headed by the Spanish team and Real Madrid star, Kylian Mbappé, along with Ousmane Dembélé, the Ballon d’Or winner and Paris Saint-Germain star, which also included defender Lucas Hernandez, midfielder Warren-Zaire Emery, and young wings Bradley Barkola and Desiree Doue.
The list also saw the summoning of N’Golo Kante, the Turkish midfielder of Fenerbahce, and the veteran Adrien Rabiot, the Italian midfielder of Milan.
The French team is in the ninth group of the World Cup, alongside the teams of Norway, Senegal and Iraq.
The list of Deschamps, who won the title as a player and coach, was as follows:
