المملكة: Urgent.. The Supreme Court calls for investigating the sighting of the crescent of Dhu al-Hijjah tomorrow evening

It’s called The Supreme Courtall Muslims throughout the Kingdom to achieve the vision of The crescent of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah Tomorrow evening, the thirtieth of the month of Dhu al-Qa`dah – according to the Umm al-Qura calendar – the twenty-ninth of the month of Dhu al-Qa’dah of the year 1447 AH – according to the decision of the Supreme Court – corresponding to 5/17/2026 AD.

This came in a statement by the Supreme Court, the text of which follows: Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions, and after: Considering As contained in Supreme Court Decision No. (206/AH) dated 10/29/1447 AH that Saturday 11/1/1447 AH – according to the Umm Al-Qura calendar – corresponding to 4/18/2026 AD, is the thirty days of the month of Shawwal of the year 1447 AH, and that Sunday 11/2/1447 AH – according to the Umm Al-Qura calendar – Corresponding to 4/19/2026 AD is the beginning of the month of Dhul-Qi’dah of the year 1447 AH. The Supreme Court wishes all Muslims throughout the Kingdom to investigate the sighting of the crescent of the month of Dhul-Hijjah on the evening of Sunday, the thirtieth of the month of Dhul-Qa’dah – according to the Umm Al-Qura calendar – the twenty-ninth of the month of Dhul-Qa’dah of the year 1447 AH – according to the decision of the Supreme Court – corresponding to 5/17/2026 AD.

The Supreme Court requests that whoever sees it with the naked eye, or with binoculars; Notify the nearest court to him and register his testimony there, or contact the nearest center; To help him reach the nearest court.

The Supreme Court hopes that those who have the ability to see will pay attention to this matter, join the committees formed in the regions for this purpose, and calculate the reward and compensation for participating. Because of its cooperation in righteousness and piety, and the benefit to all Muslims. And God is the Grantor of success, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and all his companions.
