The Professional League and ADNOC extend their partnership until 2029

The UAE Professional League and ADNOC announced the extension of their partnership agreement, allowing ADNOC to continue as a main sponsor of the ADNOC Professional League for an additional three seasons, enhancing their joint efforts to support the growth and development of football in the UAE, and strengthening ties between fans, clubs and communities.
The agreement was announced during the match that crowned Al Ain Club as champion of the 2025-2026 ADNOC Professional League season at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, in the presence of Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Managing Director and CEO of ADNOC and its group of companies, and Abdullah Nasser Al Junaibi, President of the UAE Professional League and First Vice President of the UAE Football Association.
The agreement was signed by Saif Al Falahi, Acting Head of the Human Resources, National Identity and Institutional Support Department at ADNOC, and Musab Al Marzouqi, Executive Director of the UAE Professional League.
This step is based on the sponsorship partnership between ADNOC and the UAE Professional League, which was announced for the first time in the 2021-2022 season, and saw the professional league being named the “ADNOC Professional League.”
Saif Al Falahi said: We are pleased to renew our partnership with the UAE Professional League until 2029, through which we will continue to contribute to the country’s efforts to support young Emirati talent in the sports sector, strengthen community ties, and consolidate ADNOC’s role as a responsible national company and an effective contributor to motivating members of society to adopt active, healthy and sound lifestyles.
Musab Al Marzouqi said: We are proud to extend our partnership with ADNOC, the strategic partner contributing to the development of professional football in the UAE. This renewal confirms our shared ambition to enhance the status of the ADNOC Professional League, improve the fans’ experience, and support initiatives that strengthen ties between clubs and society.
During the next phase of this partnership, ADNOC will support initiatives that contribute to bringing football closer to communities across the country, starting with enhancing youth participation and developing football at the grassroots level, all the way to activating mass experiences and initiatives that encourage playing sports, promoting well-being, and adopting healthy and active lifestyles.
