المملكة: 1257 pilgrims.. "Islamic affairs" Talai receives guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program


The Ministry of Islamic affairs, advocacy and guidance are pioneers of Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance.

Pilgrims from 60 countries

The first delegation that arrived today includes 1,257 pilgrims hosted this year, representing more than 60 countries from all continents of the world, namely: Sudan, Yemen, Kenya, Rwanda, the United States of America, India, Bangladesh, Italy, Morocco, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and Kazakhstan. Sri Lanka, Ivory Coast, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Slovenia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Burkina Faso, Tunisia, Maldives, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Sweden, Hungary, Norway, Greece, Britain, Russia, Cuba, Niger, Greece, Finland, Germany, Gambia, Croatia, Congo, Gabon, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Ghana, Lebanon, the Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Thailand.
The guests were received upon their arrival at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah by a number of program officials, and their arrival procedures were completed smoothly and conveniently.
The guests then boarded the equipped buses to their accommodation at the hotel "Holiday Inn" For the general program and hotel "Novotel" For Sudanese pilgrims, families of martyrs from the Sudanese forces, in Mecca.

Providing all facilities for pilgrims

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance was under the supervision and follow-up of Minister Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh, the general supervisor of the program, has early completed all the procedures for implementing the noble Royal Decree, to serve the hosts and provide all necessary facilities, through the service committees (administrative, reception, transportation, guest affairs, media, accommodation, legality, and feelings committee) within an integrated system that guarantees the improvement of the services provided to them from the time they leave their countries until they arrive in the Holy Lands to perform the rituals.

An advanced and integrated system of Services

A number of guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Hajj, Umrah and Visitation Program extended their thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect them – for enabling them to perform Hajj within this specific program, which embodies the keenness of the wise leadership – may God support it – to feel the needs of Muslims in the world, and to help them perform the fifth pillar of Islam, Amid a developed and integrated system of services.
They praised the quality facilities and services they found, the good reception and generous hospitality from the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, in addition to the accompanying awareness, guidance and religious programmes.
