Muhammad Al-Sharqi meets the team "Fujairah Martial Arts Club"..and congratulates him for being crowned with the SPIA Middle East Award 2026
FUJAIRAH, May 20 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, met in his office at the Emiri Diwan, His Excellency Nader Abu Shawish, Director of the Fujairah Martial Arts Club, and the club team, on the occasion of the Fujairah Martial Arts Club being crowned first place in the Sports Industry Awards in the Middle East for the year 2026 (SPIA Middle East Awards 2026), one of the most prominent specialized sports awards in the region.
His Highness stressed the Fujairah government’s interest in the sports sector and its development, and enabling a supportive environment that contributes to improving the achievements of clubs and athletes in the emirate, and achieving advanced levels of excellence and competitiveness, which reflects Fujairah’s growing position on the regional and international sports map.
His Highness noted the follow-up and interest of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, in the sports sector, and His Highness’s keenness to develop the sports infrastructure and empower national talent, which contributes to strengthening the emirate’s position in international sports circles.
His Highness congratulated the Fujairah Martial Arts Club on this distinguished sporting achievement, which reflects the level of development of sports in the Emirate of Fujairah, and is added to the record of the emirate’s achievements in international sporting forums.
For his part, His Excellency Nader Abu Shawish expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah for his continued support and interest in the sports sector, which contributes to achieving more achievements and raising the name of the emirate in international forums, stressing that this coronation comes as a result of the ambitious vision and continuous support of His Highness.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah, and the Fujairah Martial Arts Club team.
