"The house" Sells all units "Al Ghadeer Gardens" With a value exceeding one billion dirhams
ABU DHABI, 21st May / WAM / Aldar Group announced today the sale of all units of the Al Ghadeer Gardens project, which includes 437 villas and townhouses within the vital area corridor between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, achieving sales exceeding one billion dirhams, in an indicator that reflects the rising momentum witnessed by the real estate sector in the UAE, and the growing demand for modern family residential complexes in strategic locations.
The strong performance of the project reflects the growing confidence of investors and buyers in integrated residential projects that provide modern lifestyles within vibrant and attractive destinations, supported by the continued positive activity recorded by the real estate market in the country.
New buyers dealing with Aldar for the first time constituted 83% of the total buyers, an indication that reflects the project’s success in attracting a wide and diverse customer base.
Residents and international buyers accounted for 64% of total sales, while buyers from the UAE, India, China and Jordan topped the list of nationalities investing most in the project in terms of sales volume.
Aldar intends to advance the launch date of the second phase of the Al Ghadeer Gardens project, in preparation for offering its units for sale soon, provided that the new phase continues to build on the growing attractiveness of the Al Ghadeer complex by providing an integrated residential experience within a pedestrian-friendly master plan inspired by nature.
The project includes more than 30,000 square meters of carefully landscaped open green spaces, in addition to recreational and other facilities that enhance the quality of life and health, as well as a major community center that forms the hub of daily life and social communication for residents.
The main Al Ghadeer project is located on the border of Abu Dhabi and Dubai, within one of the most lively areas in the UAE.
