The Ministry of Interior reviews smart security projects and innovations to enhance community security in ISNR 2026
ABU DHABI, 22nd May / WAM / The Ministry of Interior concluded its distinguished participation in the International Exhibition for Homeland Security and Risk Prevention “ISNR Abu Dhabi 2026”, the most prominent security event at the level of the security sector, which was organized by the ADNEC Group in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, and in strategic partnership with Abu Dhabi Police, during the period from 19 to 21 May of this year, under the slogan “We strive today… to build the security of tomorrow.”
The exhibition formed a global platform that brought together an elite group of decision-makers, experts and specialists from various countries of the world, to exchange visions and experiences on contemporary security challenges, discuss sustainable solutions and anticipate the future of security, by strengthening international partnerships and unifying efforts to build safer and more stable societies.
Brigadier General Mohammed Butti Al Shamsi, the official spokesman for the Ministry of Interior’s pavilion, stressed that “ISNR Abu Dhabi” represents a global platform for communicating and learning about the latest innovations and technologies in support of national security and cybersecurity, noting that the event reflects the advanced solutions and technologies provided by the participating global companies and institutions that contribute to developing proactive security services and keeping pace with future changes and challenges.
He explained that the Ministry of Interior, during its participation, reviewed a group of modern innovative projects and initiatives that enhance the leadership of the security system in the United Arab Emirates, which confirms the importance of continuing joint work and unifying international efforts in formulating modern security strategies and policies, in keeping with global transformations and enhancing paths of security innovation in service of the security and stability of societies.
Through its pavilion, the Ministry presented an integrated system of smart security projects and innovations that embody its strategy in employing modern technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance community security and safety, and improve the quality of security services.
The Ministry’s pavilion included various participations from police leadership and the Ministry’s sectors, showcasing the latest security systems and solutions and smart applications in the fields of national security, cybersecurity and traffic safety, reflecting the Ministry’s continued commitment to developing a smart and sustainable security system based on innovation, anticipating the future, readiness and proactiveness, and consolidating the UAE’s position as a leading global model in security and police work.
The Ministry’s pavilion witnessed the organization of 12 specialized dialogue sessions attended by more than 2,000 participants, during which experts and specialized lecturers discussed issues of the environment and its protection, quality of life, security and sustainability, in addition to the topics of family, society and digital security, which highlighted the importance of family cohesion and social stability, and the role of society in preventing negative practices and behaviours.
The pavilion also included a number of interactive events and competitions that attracted the public throughout the exhibition, most notably the competition for the best creative ideas through the “Think 10X” platform, which aims to attract innovative solutions to address social issues related to police work, in addition to the electronic shooting challenge, which simulates shooting skills in a safe and innovative manner, and the traffic awareness competition, which aims to measure the level of awareness of traffic safety instructions through smart and quick tests, with incentive prizes allocated to the winners, in addition to Police dog shows witnessed wide interaction from visitors because the show reflected training skills and advanced security capabilities in supporting the police and security system.
