Hala Al-Shammari said that participating in serving the guests of God is a great humanitarian experience that strengthened her sense of national responsibility, stressing that seeing the pilgrims performing their rituals with peace of mind gives the volunteer an indescribable feeling of pride and happiness.
While Saba Awad confirmed that volunteer work with the Civil Defense gave her the opportunity to contribute directly to serving the pilgrims, noting that cooperation between the various agencies and volunteers reflects an honorable image of the Kingdom’s efforts during the Hajj season.
Amal Al-Ghamdi explained that the field experience gave her practical experience and skills in dealing with crowds and working under pressure, stressing that the smile and prayers of the pilgrims were the greatest motivation to continue giving.
Ayla Al-Ghamdi confirmed that volunteer work during the Hajj season strengthened her values of belonging and teamwork, noting that serving the guests of God represents a source of pride for every young man and woman participating in this exceptional season.

Raed Al-Sulami stated that participation with the Civil Defense gave volunteers a real opportunity to serve the nation, stressing that field work among crowds requires high readiness and a spirit of cooperation from everyone.
