Under the slogan: "Strategic independence…strengthening national sovereignty after February 28" The twentieth session of the Ambassadors Forum 2026 begins tomorrow
Abu Dhabi, June 7, 2026: The twentieth session of the Forum of Ambassadors and Heads of Representative Missions of the State Abroad will begin tomorrow, Monday, which will be held from June 8 to 11, 2026, in an annual event that represents a strategic station for unifying visions and coordinating priorities.
This year’s forum comes under the slogan: “Strategic Independence… Strengthening National Sovereignty Beyond February 28,” where the sessions will address a wide range of strategic issues at the regional and international levels, with a focus on the UAE’s policies aimed at enhancing security, peace, economic growth, and global prosperity.
A number of ministers, senior state officials, heads of the state’s representative missions abroad, and directors of departments in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in addition to representatives of government institutions and bodies and experts from various sectors, participate in the forum.
The forum will include strategic dialogue sessions to discuss the UAE’s foreign policy priorities for the year 2026, ways to enhance the country’s economic and investment progress, advanced technology and artificial intelligence, and future plans that reflect the visions and strategy of the UAE government, in addition to the country’s role in enhancing regional stability, expanding international partnerships, and consolidating its leading position in the international community.
The 2026 Ambassadors Forum is a pivotal platform for exchanging experiences and best practices, and translating the directives of the wise leadership into clear executive work paths, enabling diplomatic missions to strengthen the UAE’s position on the international arena, support its efforts to maintain security and stability, strengthen strategic partnerships, and protect the country’s supreme interests in various international forums.
The 2026 Ambassadors Forum gains special importance in conjunction with the holding of its twentieth session, which reflects the continuity of this forum as one of the most prominent strategic platforms for formulating priorities for UAE diplomatic work and enhancing integration between representative missions and various national bodies. Over two decades, the forum has contributed to developing diplomatic work tools and unifying messages and visions to keep pace with rapid regional and international transformations.
This year’s session also comes at a stage that witnesses an acceleration in the implementation of national visions aimed at enhancing government efficiency and future readiness, including the program for zeroing out government bureaucracy and adopting digital solutions and artificial intelligence, which supports the UAE’s approach to raising the level of procedures and services, and enhancing the UAE’s leadership and global standing.
