"Sharjah Sports Club for Women" The Taekwondo season concludes with the General Excellence Shield and the Miss and Ladies titles

Sharjah, 9 June / WAM / Sharjah Women’s Sports Clubs concluded the Taekwondo season with a remarkable presence in the Women’s and Women’s Federation Cup Championship, which was held at the Sharjah Individual Games Club. It witnessed the Sharjah Women’s Sports Club being crowned with the first place cup in the women’s and women’s categories, in addition to obtaining the overall excellence shield for the season for the female category, in an achievement that reflects its continued strong presence in the Federation’s championships.
The Sharjah Women’s Sports Club won the first place trophy in the women’s category competitions, after winning four gold medals by Yamna Yasser Yousef, Maryam Sayed Ahmed, Talin Willie, and Sheikha Hussein Sharif. It also added three silver medals by Hams Ahmed Ibrahim, Marwa Zuhair Muhammad, and Shama Muhammad Yousef, in addition to two bronze medals won by Jawaher Muhammad Abdel Razzaq and Jannah Yusuf Hamid.
Kalba Women’s Sports Club players Rayan Najeeb and Hind Osama won two gold medals, while Maryam Ismail won a silver medal, Ruqaya Muhammad Al-Sharari and Nuran Hamdi won a bronze medal, and Khor Fakkan Women’s Sports Club player Dana Khamis Obaid won a silver medal, while Maitha Rashid Ahmed won a bronze medal.
Sharjah Women’s Sports Club continued its excellence in the women’s category competitions by winning the first place cup, after Jawaher Muhammad Abdel Razzaq, Nuray Buirzalova, and Maysoon Ihab Tawfiq were crowned with gold medals, while Jana Samir Salah and Ranad Saad Muftah won silver medals, and Rawda Muhammad Siddiq, Sheikha Ahmed Salem, Fatima Musa Nasser, Sheikha Hussein Sharif, and Rima Saad Muftah won, Bronze medals.
Kalba Women’s Sports Club won three gold medals through Amna Muhammad Al-Loughani, Yasmine Yasser Al-Kindi, and Shaima Muhammad Al-Awasiya, in addition to a silver medal won by Maha Rabie Khamis.
The conclusion of the season witnessed the Kalba Women’s Sports Club players being crowned with the best awards in various categories. Ghanima Al-Sharari won the Best Player Award in the Girls Category, Azza Osama won the Best Player Award in the Junior Women’s Category, Hind Osama won the Best Player Award in the Women’s Category, while Amna Muhammad Al-Loughani won the Best Player Award in the Women’s Category.
Abdullah Hatem, the technical director of Taekwondo at the Sharjah Women’s Sports Clubs, said that concluding the season with these results is the culmination of continuous work that extended throughout the year, as winning the first place cups in the women’s and women’s categories, in addition to the general excellence shield of the Sharjah Women’s Sports Club, reflects the level of development reached by the players and teams alike.
He added that the coronation of the Kalba Women’s Sports Club players with the best awards confirms the success of the artistic work in all of the organization’s clubs and reflects the breadth of the base of female players capable of excellence and competition.
