The Crown Prince of Sharjah chairs the Executive Council meeting

Sharjah, 7 July / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, chaired this Tuesday morning, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, and His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, the Council meeting. Which was held in the office of His Highness the Ruler.
The meeting dealt with a number of topics on the agenda concerned with following up on the performance of departments and bodies, and reviewing developments in government work and its development plans in a way that contributes to enhancing the efficiency of government services in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The Council issued a decision regarding the transfer of Abdullah Muhammad Obaid Al-Kadeed from the Department of Statistics and Community Development to the Municipality of Khor Fakkan City, and he will be promoted to the rank of “Department Director” according to the Special Jobs System in the Sharjah Government, and appointed Director of the Municipality of Khor Fakkan City.
The Council also approved the transfer of Jassim Mohammed Ahmed Buhendi from the Human Resources Department to the Khor Fakkan City Municipality, and his appointment as Deputy Director of the Municipality.
The Council issued a decision regarding the formation of the permanent committee for those who have lost social care, headed by Judge Dr. Omar Obaid Al-Ghoul and the membership of: Major General Omar Ahmed Bu Al-Zawd as Vice-Chairman, Maryam Majid Saeed Al-Shamsi, Counselor Abdul-Rahman Daoud Al-Awadhi, Sulaiman Khamis Al-Naqbi, Modi Bint Muhammad Al-Shamsi, Dr. Abdullah Suleiman Al-Kabouri, Muhammad Abdullah Al-Zarouni, Colonel Thani Ahmed Thani Al-Suwaidi, and Ali Muhammad Al Ali, the committee’s rapporteur.
The Council reviewed the report of the Sharjah Health Authority’s participation in the World Health Exhibition 2026, which highlighted the authority’s vital role in developing the health care system, highlighting initiatives and programs, and exchanging experiences with local and international bodies, in addition to learning about the latest modern health practices and technologies, which contribute to improving the quality of healthy life and enhancing community awareness.
The report dealt with the most prominent statistics of the Sharjah Health Authority’s participation in the exhibition, where more than 100,000 visitors visited the platform, in addition to reviewing the efforts of the various departments in the authority, such as: the Health Organization Department, the Engineering Affairs Department, the Healthy Cities Department, the Commercial Affairs Department, the Public Health Department, the Sharjah Child-Friendly Office, and the Jawaher Boston Medical District Project, in addition to the most prominent partnerships, cooperation, and agreements that were concluded, and the outcomes of participation.
