المملكة: The Board of Grievances discusses integrating artificial intelligence into the public relations sector
Organize Board of Grievances, in cooperation with King Saud University, a workshop to discuss public relations transformations in light of artificial intelligence, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of institutional communication and developing the capabilities of its employees, coinciding with International Career Day.
The Diwan, represented by the Public Relations and Media Department, explained that the workshop addressed the importance of employing modern technologies in a responsible manner within the work environment.
He indicated that the meeting was held via video communication, to ensure that knowledge reaches the largest possible segment of cadres and employees.
Enhancing the quality of performance
The organizing authority stated that this initiative comes within efforts to establish a culture of advanced institutional communication and develop the technical skills of human resources.
It stated that the integration of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence represents an essential step to enhance the quality of operational performance.
The Board of Grievances pointed out that the trend towards the digitization of public relations directly supports the goals of its strategic system for the year 2030.
It added that the accompanying events, Which was held at the headquarters, aimed to motivate employees to adopt innovation in their daily work practices.
