"The house" divorce "The Canopies" in "Yas Point" With a development value of 6 billion dirhams
Abu Dhabi, July 21 / WAM / Aldar Group launched “The Canopies” project, the first residential complex within “Yas Point”, the new waterfront destination on the northern facade of Yas Island, whose development value is 6 billion dirhams, while the group intends to put its units for sale as of July 29.
The project includes 592 residential units distributed over six medium-rise buildings, and in the middle of the complex is a natural park that includes more than 10,000 square meters of landscaped open spaces, including shaded paths, gardens, and outdoor areas designated for health and fitness, and social spaces.
The project is distinguished by its vital location, minutes away from the most prominent international entertainment destinations on Yas Island, in addition to the new entertainment concepts that will enhance the experience of Yas Island and raise its attractiveness in the coming years, most notably the upcoming “Safir Abu Dhabi” project.
