13 fights in the 72nd edition of the tournament "Emirates warriors"

Abu Dhabi, July 21 / WAM / AD / The competitions of the 72nd international edition of the “Emirates Warriors” Mixed Martial Arts Championship will begin tomorrow at the “Space 42 Arena” in Al Raha Beach in Abu Dhabi, with the participation of 26 male and female fighters from 18 countries, competing in 13 bouts.
The tournament, organized by Palms Sports Company, with the support of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, will be held within the activities of Abu Dhabi Challenge Week.
The evening will be headlined by the main fight for the bantamweight title, between the Azerbaijani title holder, Asaf Chubarov, and the Australian, Reece McLaren, while in the joint main event, the Iraqi Ali Talib and the Thai, Peter Daniso, will meet. The international version will witness the participation of the Algerian Yazid Shoshani, the Dagestani Emam Shafi Aliyev, the Egyptian Maysara Muhammad, and the Brazilian Victor Nunez.
Fouad Darwish, CEO of Palms Sports Company and Chairman of the Organizing Committee, confirmed that the inclusion of the 72nd edition of the tournament within the activities of Abu Dhabi Challenge Week reflects the status it has achieved with the presence of elite champions, noting that the week is one of the most prominent global events in martial arts sports, and concludes with the holding of the UFC Fight Night.
