Growing popular support for the national state is the biggest challenge facing sectarian militias

Dr. Anwar bin Muhammad Gargash, Diplomatic Advisor to His Highness the President of the State, said in a blog post on his official account on the “X” platform: “The sectarian militias are going through their most difficult stages after the military strikes they received, and the devastation their decisions caused in their surroundings.”

Gargash added: “But the biggest challenge facing it is not the military losses, but rather the growing popular mood in support of the national state, and rejecting the continuation of weapons outside the framework of legitimacy and the rule of law.”
