The Council renewed the solidarity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its full support with the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the measures they take towards Iranian attacks are brutal and in violation of international law and the principles of good neighborliness, and stressing the importance of immediately stopping all forms of military escalation in order to preserve the stability of the countries of the region and their peoples.

Efforts to strengthen the national economy

The Council of Ministers looked at a set of reports, statistics and indicators related to the national economy and the contribution of the reforms and policies pursued by the Kingdom to achieving a positive impact on growth rates. Including the stability of the annual inflation rate at (1.8%) in the past period, continuing to record low levels compared to many advanced and emerging economies.
His Excellency stated that the Council noted the progress achieved by the Kingdom to the (thirteenth) position globally among the largest economies attracting foreign direct investment in the year 2025 AD; According to the report of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, stressing that this achievement reflects the advanced position that the Kingdom has established as a global destination that attracts investment, the effectiveness of economic reforms achieved, and the growing confidence of investors in the investment environment, supported by the growth of net foreign direct investment flows by (53%) to reach (32.6) billion dollars, and the increased competitiveness of the strategic sectors, especially energy, infrastructure, technology, advanced industries, and logistics services.

First: Authorizing His Royal Highness the Minister of the Interior – or his representative – to discuss with the Maldivian side regarding a draft memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Maldivian Police Service in the Republic of Maldives. Second: Authorizing His Highness the Minister of Foreign Affairs – or his representative – to discuss with the Australian side a draft memorandum of understanding regarding political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Australia, and signing it.
Third: Authorizing His Highness the Minister of Culture, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Museum Authority – or his representative – to discuss with the Jordanian side a draft memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of museums between the Authority And the Department of Public Antiquities in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and sign it.
Fourth: Authorizing His Excellency the Minister of Commerce, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization – or his representative – to discuss with the Chinese side a draft memorandum of understanding in the field of cooperation regarding technical obstacles to trade between the Authority and the State Administration for Market Regulation in the People’s Republic of China, and sign it.
Fifth: Approval of a memorandum of understanding between the General Administration of Financial Investigations at the Presidency of State Security in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Financial Intelligence Service In the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to cooperate in the field of exchanging information related to combating money laundering and related crimes and the financing of terrorism.
Sixth: Approval of a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of peaceful use of outer space between the Saudi Space Agency and the United Nations.
Seventh: Approval of a memorandum of understanding between the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Charitable Regulatory Authority in the State of Qatar for cooperation in the field of the non-profit sector.
Eighth: Approval of unified rules for joint real estate owners In the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.
Ninth: Transferring the jurisdiction to issue a permit to import, export and re-export chemicals circulating in local markets, and their clearance permit – contained in the Chemicals Management System – from the Ministry of Commerce to each of: the Ministry of Interior, the Supreme Authority for Industrial Security, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority.

Fourteenth: Approval of the promotion of Muhammad bin Hudayban Al-Makhlafi to the position of (Senior Business Advisor) at the (fifteenth) rank in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and the promotion of Ali bin Muriah bin Muriah Ali to the position of (Investment Advisor) at the (fourteenth rank) in the Asir Region Municipality.
