المملكة: A citizen was arrested for committing a grazing violation in the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve
The Environmental Security Special Forces arrested a citizen violating the environmental regulations, for committing a violation of grazing (100) camels in sites where grazing is prohibited in the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve, and legal procedures were applied against him.
The forces confirmed that the penalty for grazing camels is a fine of (500) riyals for each camel.
The Environmental Security Special Forces also arrested a citizen who violated the environmental regulations, for committing a violation of camping without a license in the Tuwaiq Reserve, and legal procedures were applied against him.
The forces explained that the penalty for violating camping in forests or national parks without a license is a fine of up to (3,000) riyals.

Reporting violations
It urged the forces to report any cases representing an attack on the environment or wildlife on the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiya, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom.
