Hossam El-Din Mostafa: There is unlimited support from President Sisi for people of determination
Hossam El-Din Mostafa, President of the Egyptian Paralympic Committee, expressed his happiness at maintaining his position as head of the committee, after his victory in the elections for the Board of Directors for the 2024-2028 electoral cycle, which took place on Friday, last November 29.
Hossam El-Din Mustafa said in a telephone interview, on the Yes Qaderoon program, broadcast on On Sport FM radio, and presented by broadcaster Mohamed Kishk: “There are no problems or crises between the new members of the Paralympic Committee, and elections are like a tennis match. Once they are completed, things return to normal as they were, and our current goal is to work to bring the largest possible number of medals in the coming period.”
The head of the Paralympic Committee added: “There is unlimited support from His Excellency the President of the Republic, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, for the file of people with disabilities and dedicating an annual ceremony to them under the slogan ‘Able to Do’.” With a difference, to commemorate and celebrate them amid continuous directives to all state institutions on the necessity of working to put their empowerment, training, and integration into society at the top priority.
Hossam El-Din Mostafa, head of the Egyptian Paralympic Committee, retained his position, after winning the Board of Directors elections for the 2024-2028 electoral cycle, by 7 votes to 6 His competitor, Ahmed Awain.
The “Yes, We Are Able” program. It is broadcast weekly on “On Sport FM”, and is presented by Mohamed Keshk, one of the heroes of “Able to Difference”. It is the first program of its kind on Egyptian and Arab radio, presented by a blind broadcaster.
