Al-Iftaa launches a campaign to rationalize water consumption under the title: "Even if you were on a flowing river"

The Egyptian Fatwa House is launching a religious campaign to raise awareness of the importance of rationalizing water consumption under the title "Even if I were on a flowing river", as it is a great blessing that God has given us and commanded us to preserve, based on the teachings of our true religion that urge us to be moderate in all our affairs. Dar Al-Iftaa said that its message is that water is a trust, and consuming it in moderation is an act of worship by which we draw closer to God Almighty, in implementation of the Almighty’s saying: {And eat and drink, but do not be extravagant. Indeed, He does not like the extravagant.} [الأعراف: 31]. Let us make water conservation a daily behavior stemming from our faith. In an effort to please God, and to preserve this vital resource for future generations.
Together, we revive Islamic values in our lives and preserve the blessing of water.
