Zamalek announces the closure of registration for the General Assembly
The committee supervising the regular general assembly of the Zamalek Club closed registration for members at exactly seven o’clock this evening, Tuesday, in accordance with the specified times.
The members present inside the tent designated for registration were allowed to continue, according to the regulations, until they finished registering in Attendance lists.
The General Assembly includes 150 committees, under the supervision of 5 advisors from the Administrative Prosecution, and with the support of 400 employees. Administrative, and employees have been allocated to each committee, in order to ensure the smooth running of the club’s general work. In order for the quorum to be met for the General Assembly of Zamalek, the attendance of 10,000 members out of 112,000 who have the right to attend is required.
If the quorum is reached for the General Assembly of the White Castle, it is scheduled to be held in the main hall in the presence of 4,000 members.
The agenda of the General Assembly of Zamalek includes the following items:
Approval of the minutes of the meeting Previous.
Considering the Board of Directors’ report on its work in the ending fiscal year, activity programs, and work plan for the new fiscal year.
Considering the auditor’s report.
Approving the budget The final account for the fiscal year ending for the year 2023/2024, and the draft budget for the next fiscal year for the year 2024/2025.
Appointing the auditor and determining his remuneration.
Approving the Board of Directors’ report on salaries. And the remuneration of the Executive Director and the Financial Director.
Considering the proposals submitted by the Board of Directors and members to the General Executive Director on the legal date.

Approving the financial regulations for subscriptions and membership affairs.
Approving the establishment of the club branch in the city of October Gardens.
Approving setting the value of the new membership at the main headquarters and the October Gardens branch.
Considering Increase in annual subscription fees for members At a rate of 15% of the value of the annual subscription in accordance with the provisions and controls of Financial Regulations No. 159 of 2021 and its amendments.
Consider introducing a new fee item at 200 pounds that you get from the annual subscription as a contribution to combating inflation and rising prices. “You get one time from Members".
