Maryam Al-Hudaibi wins the regional stage championship of the European Table Tennis Cup with Kufstein of Austria
Egyptian player Maryam Al-Hudaibi succeeded in leading her team “Sparkasse Kufstein” The Austrian team won the title of the regional stage of the European Table Tennis Cup, after the team achieved four victories out of five matches it played in the third region, which was hosted by Slovakia.
Maryam gave an exceptional performance. During the tournament, I was able to win all the matches I participated in, which contributed greatly to the team achieving first place.
The club relies Kufstein greatly appreciated Al-Hudaybi’s services, especially since the tournament regulations allow only one player from outside Europe to participate in the matches.
Maryam Al-Hudaibi is one of only two non-European players in the tournament. The team, along with the Mexican champion, played a decisive role in achieving this victory and reaching the final stage of the tournament.
It is noteworthy that Maryam recently participated with the Egyptian table tennis team. In the African Championship, which was held in Ethiopia, she succeeded in winning second place in the individual competitions and participating with the national team in winning first place in the teams.
