Zamalek continues its training without rest in preparation for facing Talaia El Gaish in the league

The first football team of Zamalek Club continued its training, today, Friday, without rest after playing against Ceramica, yesterday, in preparation for the match between Talaea El Gaish, next Tuesday, in the league.

 

Zamalek’s Swiss coach, Christian Gross, held a session with the players before the start of group training, which was held today at the club’s stadium, in the presence of football director Abdel Wahed El-Sayed, and the coach began the session by talking to the players about the technical matters witnessed in the match. Ceramica Cleopatra, which was held yesterday evening, Thursday, in the Premier League competition.

 

Gross asked the team players to close the page of yesterday’s match and focus on the upcoming matches, and work to avoid the mistakes that occurred. The team in the last match.

 

The technical director stressed on the players to continue working and focusing with full force, and stressed his complete confidence in all the players to implement what is required and restore the process of victories and compete strongly in all competitions. Tournaments in which the team participates.

 

Gross concluded his conversation with the players, saying: “We must all continue to work hard for the coming period to achieve the required goals.”

 

The team’s technical staff allocated a section of physical and recovery training for the players who participated mainly in the Ceramica Cleopatra match, and the technical staff accompanied the sports equipment designated for rehabilitation. And recovery on the field, and the players who participated in yesterday’s match mainly performed special exercises under the supervision of the load planner of the technical staff, Sheikh Bouzian.

The group that participated in yesterday’s match was content to perform qualifying and recovery exercises without completing the rest of the training sessions, according to the program set to prevent exposure to fatigue.

 

Zamalek goalkeeper Mohamed Awad performed the exercises. A solo qualifying session on the sidelines of the training session that was held today at the club’s stadium. This came in accordance with the program set for the goalkeeper by the technical staff to treat fatigue. Mohamed Awad contented himself with performing the qualifying paragraph without completing the rest of the group training sessions, according to the instructions of the technical staff. Today, Zamalek’s training witnessed the participation of Senegalese striker Sidi Ndiaye, the white striker. This came after the player completed the rehabilitation and treatment program that he underwent during the last period under the supervision of the team’s medical staff led by Dr. Mohamed Osama, due to the ankle injury he suffered. Sidi Ndiaye participated in the qualifying and physical section with the group of substitute players excluded from yesterday’s match against Ceramica Cleopatra, in addition to participating in football training and the technical division. While the team’s left back, Mohamed Abdel Shafi, participated in part of the group training, this came after the player finished the rehabilitation and treatment program that he had been undergoing during the last period, after he had previously undergone cruciate ligament surgery. Mohamed Abdel Shafi participated in the physical and rehabilitation session with the group of substitute players excluded from facing Ceramica Cleopatra yesterday in the Premier League competition, before participating in part of the football training, as part of his gradual preparation for the coming period. The Zamalek team is preparing to face Talaia El Gaish, as part of the sixth round of the Premier League competition.
