The Minister of Housing reviews with company officials "City Edge" Marketing position of units in new cities

 Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, reviewed in his meeting with officials of the “City Edge” company For real estate development, visions and proposals to maximize the company’s role as one of the arms of the Ministry of Housing in the field of real estate development and marketing, and to follow up on the marketing position of a number of residential projects, in the presence of officials from the ministry and the company.

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny began the meeting by emphasizing that there are directives to increase the factors Attraction and incentives for customers, whether investors or individuals, in the new cities implemented by the state, and the provision of various services on an ongoing basis.

The Minister also reviewed the company’s rates for marketing some of the Urban Communities Authority’s projects. New, in the cities of “New Alamein” “The Administrative Capital”, “Maspero Triangle”, and “New Mansoura”. Whether residential, commercial, administrative or recreational units, he stressed the need to adhere to the specific timings of the marketing plans, follow up and evaluate them continuously, and present them personally, in order to reach the desired goals, maximize the benefit from the authority’s stock of units, and maximize financial returns.

He said. Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny confirmed the position of handing over the units to applicants in the new cities, the operating rates in the new city of El Alamein, and a new proposal for a service project there. In this regard, the Minister directed immediate work on… Implementation, along with developing a promotional plan and incentives for the project to be presented to investors.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny directed the company’s officials to find urgent solutions to achieve the desired goals, and to develop a comprehensive plan to market the units in the new cities.
