Al-Ahly calls on the Basketball Association to reveal its regulations and its position on arbitration errors

Al-Ahly Club sent a letter today to the Egyptian Basketball Federation requesting the regulations on which the latter relied when applying varying penalties “especially in similar cases,” which was issued after the final match of the associated league.

The letter stated that the Basketball Association did not send any regulations this season so that each club would know its rights and obligations, and it did not stop at the arbitration errors that raised many question marks in the matches. The latter.

 

Also, the federation’s decisions concerned some actions outside the sporting spirit and did not address the rest of them that were witnessed in the same matches…which results in wasting the principle of equal opportunities and justice between… Competing clubs.

 

The letter also stated the question: Why did the Basketball Association allow one of the two competing clubs to train in the Cairo Stadium hall  Before the final match but not the other…even though he had notified the two clubs in advance that training would not be allowed on the aforementioned day because Cairo Stadium was busy hosting the Al-Ahly and Shabab Belouizdad match in the African Champions League.

 

He requested The club from the Basketball Association announced the steps it will take to correct the course of arbitration in the rest of the season’s competitions.
