Fadlallah reveals the international standards for selecting Egyptian football coaches

Dr. Mohamed Fadlallah, the international sports strategic advisor and member of the Egyptian sports media performance control committee, revealed the international standards for selecting Egyptian football coaches.
Fadlallah said on his personal page On Facebook: " Championships alone are no longer the main indicator for evaluating and selecting football coaches around the world. Numbers, statistics, and data analyzes have become the basic professional tools relied upon in the evaluation and selection processes, which reflects a shift towards a more accurate and transparent methodology in measuring the technical and administrative performance of coaches.”
Fadlallah monitored the international standards on the basis of which coaches are selected, which are:
First: Numbers and statistics
1- Winning percentage, by calculating the percentage of matches won by the coach compared to the total number of matches.
2- Offensive performance, by calculating the average number of goals scored per match.
3- Defensive performance, by While calculating a number The goals the team received in the match.
4- Managing transitions, by examining the team’s ability to score goals after quick possession of the ball.
