“Rasid 2.0” expands inspection procedures for medical facilities without human intervention

The Dubai Health Authority stated that the “Rasid 2.0” system, which represents the second phase of the Rasid system for inspecting medical facilities in the Emirate of Dubai, is characterized by its ability to govern the data of health facilities licensed through the “Sheryan” system and the licenses program approved by the authority, and it can also inspect Automatically on medical facilities without human intervention.

The official in the Health Audit and Control Department at the Dubai Health Authority, Ahmed Al Bulooki, stated that the “Monitor 2.0” program comes as a continuation of the success of the “Monitor 1.0” program, which is concerned with remote inspection of medical facilities in the Emirate of Dubai, indicating that the new version of the program is concerned with the governance of facility data. Licensed health care system through the “Sheryan” system, which is the licensing program approved by the Dubai Health Authority.

He added to “Emirates Today”, on the sidelines of the activities of the 30th session of the Dubai International Pharmacy and Technology Conference and Exhibition “DUPHAT 2025”, that the program enables us to conduct an automatic inspection of the facility by checking documents, credentials and maintenance automatically without interference from the auditor or health inspector. Al-Blouki explained that the system was launched three years ago and work is currently underway, while “Rased 2.0” is the developed version of it, which is characterized by automatic inspection without the intervention of the inspector. The previous version was in which the inspector intervened through the use of visual means, while the current version is characterized by automatic inspection. The required documents, whether approvals, maintenance papers or policies.

He confirmed that the system had already been activated, and during the period in which it was implemented, we observed clear smoothness in the inspection process to audit a larger number of establishments with regard to technical matters, in addition to completing the inspection process more accurately.

The second phase of the “Monitoring” system focuses on automatic monitoring and auditing of health facilities through the “Shryan System”, as the Dubai Health Authority is currently cooperating with health facilities in the emirate to implement this smart system, which is in line with the authority’s direction in employing smart technologies and solutions, and harnessing them to develop The health system in the emirate and raising the level and quality of services provided to customers and patients in general.

The “Rasid 2.0” system – which targets all health facilities in Dubai – aims to move from the field inspection stage to automatic smart auditing to ensure the extent of compliance with the policies, regulations and decisions issued by the Dubai Health Authority and the legislation in force in the emirate, in addition to facilitating data management, automation and governance. Enhancing work efficiency and performance, saving time and effort, achieving optimal employment of human resources, and applying the best quality standards and practices in line with the emirate’s commitment to the values ​​and concepts of efficiency and professionalism.

According to the “Rased 2.0” system, the status of the health facility will be monitored and those in charge of it will be alerted to the need to adhere to the required standards when there is a need to do so via the system, text messages and e-mail, and the health facility will be given a month to correct its conditions through the system, while the authority works to direct, guide and train those concerned. In the health facility, there is a mechanism for using the system, and in the event of non-compliance with the required standards, the necessary measures will be taken through the “Sheryan” system to ensure compliance with that.
