المملكة: Al-Baha dams receive more than 28 thousand cubic meters of flood water

On Saturday, the dams of the Al-Baha region received more than 28,452 thousand cubic meters of torrential water as a result of heavy rainfall in most of the governorates and cities of the region.
The General Organization for Irrigation explained that the rainy situation currently witnessing in Al-Baha region is characterized by a heavy rainfall rate, as the torrential rains included Al-Mald Dam, Al-Dahyan Dam, and Dharak Dam.

Rain in Al Bahah region
In light of the rain that the Al-Baha region is witnessing, the Red Crescent in Al-Baha has raised its readiness to confront the rainy situation, and has strengthened preparations with 16 ambulance teams and 3 rapid response teams, to confront the weather changes and the rainy situation that the region is witnessing.
The Director General of the Authority’s branch in Al-Baha, Sultan Saad Al-Maliki, confirmed that the command and control room, emergency centers, and volunteer teams are operating at the highest levels of readiness in accordance with the emergency plan.
