A warning issued by a report from Al-Shams Club to Zamalek

Al-Shams Club sent a warning by a bailiff to Zamalek Club, due to the latter’s failure to fulfill its legal obligation to pay the added value for the deals of Youssef Nagy, the handball player, and Taqi Allah Medhat, the volleyball player at Al-Shams Club, and those who moved to the White Castle.

 

Zamalek Club had contracted with Youssef Nagy, the handball player at Al-Shams Club, for 4 million pounds, not including the added value, and Taqi Allah Medhat, the Al-Shams Volleyball Club player, in exchange for… 2 million five hundred thousand pounds, not including the added value, provided that Zamalek pays its value for the two deals, which is close to 900 thousand pounds, which did not happen.

 

And in light of the lack of commitment by the Zamalek Council In the second clause in both contracts, which explicitly confirms that the contract amount does not include the past value, Al-Shams officials warned the Zamalek Council of the necessity of paying the added value within 10 days from the date of receiving the warning, otherwise an application will be required. The fifth and eighth clauses of the contract guarantee the rights of Al-Shams Club in accordance with the provisions of the law.
