The Head of State and the President of Kazakhstan discuss the relations of the two countries and common issues

During the meeting that took place at the Beach Palace in Abu Dhabi, His Highness the President welcomed the President of Kazakhstan and his accompanying delegation in the UAE, who is on a working visit to the country, and His Highness thanked him for accepting the invitation to attend the activities of the “Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week”, pointing out that the issue of sustainability It is of common interest to both countries and there is fruitful cooperation between them in this field.
In this context, the meeting touched on the topics on the agenda of “Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week” and what it represents as an effective global platform for dialogue, presenting visions and initiatives, and exchanging experiences on ways to support sustainability for the benefit of all countries and peoples of the world.
His Highness the President said that relations between the UAE and Kazakhstan have witnessed continuous development since their establishment in 1993, stressing that the UAE is keen to invest in all opportunities for cooperation with Kazakhstan in various fields that support joint development, especially in renewable energy, trade, economy, investment, agriculture, space, and others.
His Highness added that what strengthens relations between the UAE and Kazakhstan is that they support multilateral international action for the benefit of all, pointing to the cooperation of the two countries through the “Shanghai Cooperation Organization,” in which the UAE has the status of a “dialogue partner.”
