Al-Lozi receives the President of the International Boxing Federation

Dr. Magdy El Lozy, President of the Boxing Federation, received Dutchman Boris van der Vorst, President of the Boxing Federation    Under the umbrella of the International Olympic Committee, which is visiting Egypt during the current period.

 

Al-Lawzi was keen to arrange a special visit to Egypt after the federation presented its new dress in order to join the ranks of the federation that works under The umbrella of the International Olympic Committee to prepare for participation in competitions  Qualifying for the 2026 Youth Olympic Games in Dakar.

The President of the Egyptian Boxing Federation confirmed that the visit of the President of the Federation  The new international aim is to coordinate and highlight Egypt’s role as a meeting place  for all other sports in Africa and the Middle East, noting that the Dutchman chose Egypt to be the first African country to visit due to his knowledge  Its pioneering role in the sport of boxing.

 

He added in statements during his reception that the visit  There will be several meetings with Egyptian and foreign sports officials in order to coordinate the sport of boxing and its role during the coming period.

 

Al-Lawzi continued, “We strive as a federation  Egyptian, so that we will be present on the sports scene extensively during the coming period.

 

He explained, since we took over the reins, we strive for Egypt to have a leading role in  Formation of the new International Boxing Federation because Egypt’s position in any sport  You should always be in the first ranks.

 

Dr. Magdy El-Lozy concluded his statements: We have a different vision because boxing is trying  Restoring the Egyptian role at the African and global levels.
