"Abu Dhabi District" 4,000 documentation transactions are completed in English

Abu Dhabi, February 19/ WAM/ The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department has completed 4 thousand documentation transactions in English, during the first year of the launch of the Office of Judicial Services in the English language, which is the first of its kind in the Middle East to provide documentation and certification services for contracts, documents and declarations in the language English without the need to translate it into Arabic.

His Excellency Counselor Youssef Saeed Al -Abri, Undersecretary of the Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi, said that the office plays a pivotal role in developing the judicial system by providing innovative solutions and simplified procedures, pointing out that the completion of this large number of transactions shows the success of the office in meeting the needs of dealers from individuals and companies Foreign, and reflects the department’s commitment to providing global quality services that facilitate access to justice and support the business environment and investment in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

He explained that the office, whose work was launched at the end of 2023, allows the completion of judicial transactions electronically, and provides its services to many foreign groups and companies, taking into account the linguistic needs of non -Arabic speakers, by providing the completion of all necessary procedures to document and ratify corporate contracts and departments council decisions The lecturers, agencies and declarations are in English.

He pointed out that the department is keen on the continuity of modernization of judicial services and simplifying judicial procedures, in line with the directions of the Abu Dhabi government to enhance the emirate’s position as a global center for innovation and excellence, through an integrated system of leading services that guarantee the sustainability of business and the ability to adapt to variables in light of the foresight of the future.
