The platform aims to enable the employees registered with the fund to anticipate the future of its workforce and enhance its compliance with the pension law.

The platform provides advanced analytical tools supported by artificial intelligence technologies that support work authorities in managing their employees’ data, especially those related to the insurance situation.

It also provides instant data on the statistics of the insured, current and expected retirement rates, the movement of registration and the end of the service, which helps leaders in the work authorities make decisions and put the workforce plans based on accurate and reliable information.

“Manara” displays the indicators of compliance with the fund’s requirements immediately, such as paying subscriptions, registration, and ending the service, which enhances the commitment of the entities of the law and guarantees the management of its obligations accurately and easily.

It contributes to facilitating the follow -up of the requests of the fund’s employees at the authority, without the need for direct communication, which accelerates the procedures and saves time and effort.
