Has the dam made a legal error during the Al -Wasl match

The Al -Wasl and Al -Sadd Al -Qatar match in the second leg of the AFC Champions League took witness yesterday, a great controversy on social media about the fact that the dam committed a legal mistake by stopping the match four times to make changes in its ranks in violation of the FIFA regulations.
Al -Sad Club made three substitutions with Ahmed Suhail’s beam instead of Youssef Atal in the 70th minute, Hassan Al -Haydos instead of Claudinho in the 90th minute, and Abdul Razzaq Youssef instead of Rafa Mogika in the third minute of time instead of lost, while the fourth stop was for Ahmed Suhail in the 67th minute where the technical staff of the Qatari club asked to stop playing to perform the first switch in the meeting before he retracted his decision, then He then made three switches in the second half.
According to the regulations of the International Football Association, and the same thing in the AFC, each team has the right to make five replacements in each match, but it is done three times.
Twitter users interacted on the social media platform «X» with the incident, as some demanded that the Al -Wasl club take a legal step and raise an official protest to preserve his rights, while others said that the Qatari dam did not activate the fourth period in the switch, and therefore the points of the match will not be withdrawn, and in the worst conditions he will be punished only with confirmation of the lack of repetition, and this does not mean the right of Al -Wasl in raising a protest against the Qatari team.
