Ronaldo’s secret meal to keep his fitness and muscles at the age of 40!

The British newspaper “Daily Mail” revealed that the secret of the physical condition and the harmonious body of the star Cristiano Ronaldo is due to the traditional Portuguese dish “Bakalhao Araras” which “Don” regularly is eating, which helps him to keep his weight and fitness despite reaching 40 years.

The “Pacalhao Aras” is the favorite meal of Ronaldo and consists of salted cod, onions, potatoes, and eggs, and it is characterized by its quick preparation.

The newspaper said that Ronaldo’s mother is fluent in preparing this dish, especially as she was working as a chef during the Cristiano childhood period and the difficult social condition she was suffering before her son opened her doors of prosperity.

“This dish reminds me of my childhood, and it gives me strength,” the newspaper quoted Ronaldo as saying.

It is noteworthy that Ronaldo scored with his current team, Al -Nasr, 28 goals in 33 games this season, led by the Saudi League’s top scorer list.
