Cosmin in response to his candidacy to take over the task of training the Emirates national team: I have not contacted me

In response to a question about the frequency of his name among the fans as a candidate to take over the training of the Emirates football team, the Romanian coach, Olaario Cosmin, said that he has not been officially contacted in this regard by the UAE Football Association, knowing that the Emirati club is currently playing the third round matches in the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

“In the event that something is official or clear, then I can comment on the topic, but currently any word that comes from me can be interpreted in a different way, so I do not want to comment on this matter now,” Kozmin added in media statements after his team’s match against Al -Ahly youth in the 19th round of the Professional League that was held on Friday evening.
“For me, I am a coach of the Sharjah team, and I do not want to enter into public discussions that can confuse the team players in the upcoming matches, as we are going through a period and very difficult matches.”
The Football Association has sacked Portuguese coach Paulo Pinto against the background of the team’s results in the World Cup qualifiers after “white” chances became difficult to qualify.
