المملكة: With the participation of 150 entities .. Umrah forum is looking to improve the experience of the guests of Rahman

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in partnership with the service of the guests of the guests of Rahman, is organizing the “second version” of the Umrah and visit forum during the period 16-18 Shawwal 1446 AH corresponding to April 14-16, 2025 AD at the King Salman International Convention Center in Madinah, under the slogan “Enriching the experience of pilgrims and visitors”.
The event is one of the most prominent global events in the Umrah and visit services sector, which brings together a group of business leaders, decision makers, service providers, entrepreneurs and innovators from all over the world, to exchange experiences and discuss ways to improve the experience of the guests of Rahman.

This year’s version of the Umrah and visit forum comes to enhance the experience of pilgrims and visitors and to discuss ways to improve the experience of the guests of Rahman after the success achieved by the first edition last year, to set new criteria to upgrade the experience of Umrah and the visit, based on technical developments, digital transformations and sustainable investments in the sector.
The forum will witness the participation of more than 150 exhibitors representing more than 100 countries, and more than 25 thousand visitors expected for the forum, including investors, experts and pioneers of the sector, in addition to representatives of the non -profit sector and the media.

The forum offers a mixture of specialized events that deal with various aspects of the Umrah and visit system, and highlights the latest developments in the sector, in addition to an interactive exhibition that showcases technical solutions and innovative services and workshops that combine decision makers and experts to discuss the opportunities to develop the sector, and review the latest solutions and services that contribute to improving and enhancing the efficiency of the sector.
On the other hand, the forum covers new fields that enhance the experience of Umrah and visit, including technology and digital transformation to explore smart solutions that contribute to improving services and health care to ensure the safety and comfort of pilgrims and visitors, and will discuss ways to develop modern means of transportation to serve the guests of Rahman.

It is noteworthy that the Umrah and visit forum 2025 reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to the development of the Umrah system and the visit and achieve the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision by raising the competitive capabilities of the private sector, and enhancing cooperation with local and international bodies.
In addition to the success of the development steps of historical, cultural and heritage sites in Medina, which contributed to the reception of more than 18 million visitors in 2024, to confirm the continuous need to develop services and achieve integration between the various sectors concerned with the experience of Umrah and the visit.
