Nord for real estate development" Launch a project "Hing Residences" On Saadiyat Island

Abu Dhabi, April 25 / WAM / Nord Real Estate Development, one of the subsidiaries of the Goldfield Holding Group, launched a 500 million dirham of 500 million dirhams in Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi in cooperation with the Italian company “Hing”.

The “Hing Residence” project is located in the heart of the Marina area of ​​Saadiyat Island and includes 166 housing units with a total building area of ​​more than 400,000 square feet. The project is scheduled to be delivered in the first quarter of 2028.

The disclosure of the “Hing Residences” project is the official launch of the “Nord Real Estate Development” company and expects to achieve revenues of about one billion dirhams during the next three years.
