“Al-Amin Service” pushes its women’s team to compete in the “Government Challenge”

The Secretary’s Service participated in the competitions of the seventh edition of the “Government Challenge”, represented by a women’s team consisting of 7 distinguished national cadres. The team took on a series of challenges that required high levels of mental harmony and physical fitness, amid a global competitive atmosphere.
This participation – which is the second in a row for the Secretary’s Service in the Government Challenge – comes as a translation of the “Secretary’s Service” vision that physical and mental readiness is an essential pillar of security and community work. Through its presence in this major sports forum, the service aims to strengthen the spirit of one team and consolidate the values of cooperation and solidarity to overcome obstacles. These are the same values that the “Al-Amin” staff adopts in performing their national duties to preserve the security and stability of society.
The team enjoys direct leadership support, as Mr. Omar Al Falasi, General Supervisor of Al Ameen Service, witnessed the competitions on the ground, in a message confirming the leadership’s keenness to empower Emirati women in all fields, and to support functional cadres to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle that enhances their efficiency and productivity.
For his part, Mr. Omar Al Falasi said: “Our participation in the ‘Government Challenge’ goes beyond the traditional concept of sports competition, to be a practical embodiment of the one-team spirit and the mental and physical readiness that we instill in our security cadres. We are proud today of our women’s team that is taking on this challenge with a determination that reflects the ability of the daughter of the Emirates to excel in all fields, stressing that coming together to overcome obstacles in the sports field is the same approach that we are committed to serving society and preserving its security.” And its stability.”
The “Government Challenge” is one of the most prominent sports initiatives launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, with the aim of establishing the principle of teamwork and the spirit of one team among employees of government agencies and members of society. Dubai Festival City is hosting the seventh edition of the tournament, which this year is witnessing a record wide participation from all over the world. The competitions are characterized by a series of innovative mental and physical challenges that are specifically designed to test strength, endurance, and the ability to think strategically and work as a team under pressure, thus enhancing institutional and societal harmony.
