350 players participate in the “Sharjah International” for chess teachers

The Organizing Committee of the Sharjah International Chess Professors, which is organized by the Sharjah Chess Club, announced from May 16 to 26 this year, the registration door for the players has closed.

According to a press release, the eighth edition set a record with the participation of 350 players and players from 60 countries, which is the first time that the tournament has witnessed the participation of this number.

The great international professor Naderbec Abdelstarov, the classification of the championship and its international classification is 2771 points, as the championship will participate in the championship 156 players and players from the holders of international titles, including 69 great international professors, 16 international professors in the main championship that is held for players classified above 2500 points, eight players holding the title of great international professor, 35 international professors, 28 professors Federally in the second tournament, which is held for players ranked under 2500 points.

At a time when the organizing committee of the championship, headed by Imran Al -Nuaimi, continues its daily meetings to prepare for the major international event, through the meetings of the working committees to finalize all organizational, administrative and logistical arrangements, in preparation for receiving the participating players.

The Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Championship revealed the holding of a championship for employees, in cooperation with the Sharjah Government Employees Club, as part of the activities accompanying the championship, and its prizes are 10 thousand dirhams.
