Friday, June 6, the first day of Eid Al -Adha

The Presidency Bureau announces the evidence of the Hilal Al -Hijjah’s vision is a legal evidence this evening, thus tomorrow, Wednesday, the first of the month of Dhu al -Hijjah 1446 AH, corresponding to the 28th of May 2025 AD, and Friday 10 Dhu al -Hijjah corresponding to the sixth of June 2025 is the first day of Eid Al -Adha.

In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful

The Presidency Bureau announces, based on the decision of the “Committee for the Crescent of the Month of Dhu al -Hijjah for the year 1446 AH” emanating from the Emirates Legal Fatwa Council, which held its meeting in this regard this evening at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi on: 29 Dhu al -Qi’dah 1446 AH, corresponding to May 27, 2025 AD, and after the transmission of the reports and results of Al -Taraai in the state, the evidence of the Hilal Al -Hijjah was proven Sharia this evening.

Thus, tomorrow, Wednesday, the first of the month of Dhu al -Hijjah 1446 AH, corresponding to May 28, 2025 AD, and Friday 10 Dhu al -Hijjah 1446 AH corresponding to 06/06/2025 AD is the first day of Eid Al -Adha.
