“Food Safety” closes the “Bin Khalifa” cafeteria in Abu Dhabi for committing violations

The Abu Dhabi Authority for Agriculture and Food Safety issued a decision of the administrative closure of “Cafeteria Bin Khalifa” in Abu Dhabi and bears the commercial license (CN-1049262), for violating Law No. (2) of 2008 regarding food in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the legislation issued according to it, and its seriousness on public health.
The authority explained that the food control report stated that the decision to close the administrative closure came as a result of the repetition of food safety violations and the failure to implement effective corrective measures, which necessitated immediate action that guarantees food safety and the health of consumers.
She emphasized that the closure will continue until the causes of violations will be removed, with the possibility of resuming the activity after correcting the conditions of the entire facility and adhering to all the requirements of food safety.
